R1,S1 - price channel
R2,S2 - price channel

Graph Analysis

How you all can see there is price channel between R1 - S1 and R2 - S2. Which means price will bounce between these channels. So I would recommed dont enter into positioning before price move through R1 or S1. Also these price channels are good for swing traders. But not for someone who is day trader or month trader !

Short position

You could enter into short positioning when price go through S1 line or also when price move through S2 line. But be aware there because price could bounce off S1 line. So there will be really good if you cancle trade or wait for puncture.

Long position

You could enter into long positioning when price go through R1line or also when price move through R2 line. But be aware there because price could bounce off R1 line. So there will be really good if you cancle trade or wait for puncture.

Summary

Now I'm going to tell you when you should cancle trade. If you are trading till S2 or R2 you could cancle trade when price meet S1 or R2 depends on which position you are in. But if you are trading till R1 or S2 you could cancle trade if price meet another support or resistance. I would recommend this XLF stock for swing traders.
